• El Restaurante - This farm-to-table seaside restaurant serves up superb Baja-Med Cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy El Ganzo´s classics like signature chilaquiles, fresh ceviche, as well as the beautiful and fresh views of the marina. Also pair some entertainment with your feast on select nights, i.e Wednesday Flamenco nights and Thursday night Vinyl DJ’s. 
• The Rooftop - This is where expansive ocean views merge with pink sunsets. Enjoy the lounge area and infinity pool while sipping the best signature cocktails and a variety of fresh, locally sourced seafood and tacos. We’d recommend the Natural Bowl with quinoa, green grapes, pumpkin seeds, fermented mushrooms, seasonal greens and a California aioli (with a poolside cocktail, of course). 
• Taco Taco Ganzo Food Truck - This iconic Food Truck offers a variety of classic Mexican tacos and signature creations from the culinary team. All of the tortillas are handmade with blue nixtamalized corn and the ingredients are locally sourced. You can enjoy the classic “al pastor”, seafood tacos, or delicious vegetarian options. Open Tues, and on the weekends. 
• El Ganzo de Playa - The Beach Club is the perfect spot to spend the day soaking up the sun and enjoying a variety of fresh seafood and “catch of the day” dishes, while sipping refreshing cocktails and mocktails. Refresh in the sun with a plate of crudite and fruits featuring Zanahoria, jícama, pepino, sandía y piña con salsa dulce de moras y chipotle. 
• If you’re feeling a lazy dining day, we don’t blame you; simply contact the front desk to enjoy room service from El Restaurante. Room Service is available to guests around the clock, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner at all hours of the day.

The Art of De-stressing

Workout and/or chillout at the Spa at Hotel El Ganzo. Its Fitness Center hosts a 24 hour gym – where personal trainers are available – in addition to private rooftop yoga and pilates classes. The relaxation retreat of El Ganzo’s spa features five treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, and a bubbling hot therapeutic Jacuzzi as well. Pamper yourself (and your partner) with Damiana’s Baja Ritual. Damiana is a beautiful flower with herbaceous leaves which grows in the Baja desert. It is best known by locals as the “Baja Love Potion”. Enjoy your massage together with Damiana potions and finish with a Damiana elixir while soaking in a hydrating pool. 

For some new de-stressing habits to get yourself into at the spankingly cool property, you can wade in the glass-encased rooftop Infinity Pool (you can only imagine the view) paired with yet another hot-tub Jacuzzi, or head on down to the beach club – aforementioned Ganzo de Playa – for any number of on-the-water activities.  Using El Ganzo’s complimentary bikes, be sure to explore the surrounding area – for the freshwater lagoon of Estero San José lies a mere 1.7 miles away, and at 7.5 miles, you’ll hit the true Pacific Coast at Playa Acapulquito Beach.
