Guest Rooms
ABOUT
The Setting
Following the innovative “tiny hotel” trend, Arlo’s guestrooms are intentionally quaint, while the common areas sprawl, encouraging social interaction rather than tucking away in your room (although we couldn’t blame you for that, either; sleeping quarters here are impressive). Arlo’s location in the historic Printing District (one of two in NYC–the other is in NoMad) is nestled between SoHo, TriBeCa, and the West Village, meaning that many of the city’s top hot-spots lie literally steps away. But these favorable neighborhood vibes are given a run for their money by their counterpart within the hotel. Arlo’s friendly, organic, and informal atmosphere is refined even further by its unpretentious staff, already famous for its high-quality customer service. You’re welcome.
Sleep and Sanctuary
Arlo’s 325 micro rooms provide all the luxurious comforts that a hotel of this caliber should hold, while also employing a Tetris-like efficiency of space. Their sleek and monochromatic design brings the snazzy Manhattan apartment of your dreams to life with nothing less than necessary, but nothing in excess. Sleep tight in your alcove bed, work hard (or hardly work) at your flip-down desk (with free/great Wi-Fi), and get organized with your custom-designed AvroKO open pegboard closet. Additional amenities include LED TV’s and bedside USB charging stations, plus bathrooms with glass-enclosed rainfall showers and Blind Barber bath products, full of natural oils. Lather up!
