Juliana Dever is a travel writer, photographer, actor and TV host. Maybe also goat-obsessed, but who’s judging? As an avid traveler who has visited over 40 countries, Juliana is always on the search for the local’s perspective. This has led her to volcano-top gatherings with the entire population of a Greek Island, making truffles with the top chocolatier in Bruges, camping with Bedouins in the Middle East and visiting with camel breeders in the Gobi Desert.
Her thirst for connecting to other cultures and its people became the catalyst for her travel blog (cleverdeverwherever.com) which highlights destinations with humorous tales of her adventures, postcard-worthy photos, stories from locals who love their towns and travel planning resources and reviews.
When Juliana is not traveling she is working in television, best known for her role as Jenny Ryan on ABC’s Castle. She’s passionate about animal rescue and works closely with Stray Rescue of St. Louis, and supports Farm Sanctuary and Beagle Freedom Project. Will travel anywhere that has goats.
