A new era of the Kind rock star hotel has begun in South Lake Tahoe.

The Setting

Just a few steps into Nevada from California you’ll find the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in South Lake Tahoe. With this idyllic setting, you’re also smack dab in the middle of all the natural summer splendor, winter sports and, of course, gaming that has adventurers continuously flocking to Lake Tahoe. We love this Clean the World partner hotel especially because they are ushering in a new era of rock & roll hotel with green initiatives and a focus on having a significant and positive impact in the surrounding communities. To famously quote AC/DC, “for those about to rock, we salute you.”

Sleep and Sanctuary

In the Hard Rock’s 539 guest rooms and suites, you’ll be completely rocked by picturesque views of Lake Tahoe’s mountains. Party like a Kind rockstar sipping coffee from your Keurig coffee maker while you take in the natural splendor. Also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, in-room docking stations, and the plushest beds known to man. Our favorite amenity, you can “Rock Om” with in-room yoga gear and follow on-demand pathways. Every rockstar needs a back up band, so your pooches are welcome to join the tour and stay as well.

Eat. Pray. Eat.

There’s no shortage of dining options to keep you refueled between trail runs or kicking back in the casino. Find casual fare in a social setting at Alpine Union Kitchen & Bar, Lake Tahoe’s first and only raw seafood bar, The Oyster Bar, and fine dining in Park Prime Steakhouse, inspired by local ranchers. On the liquid side, you’ll be jazzed to find world-class nightclubs, bars,  and music venues alongside Fuel, a 24-hour grab-and-go for whenever you need a bite or a recharge.

Park Prime Steakhouse - This modern steakhouse inspired by local ranchers, offers a sophisticated bar, live music, and stylish atmosphere. The menu features dry-aged Prime beef from Harris Farms, premium seafood, shareable appetizers, an approachable wine list and specialty cocktails, not to mention the vegetable tower featuring portobello mushrooms, butternut squash and other heirloom veggies.

Alpine Union Kitchen & Bar - Inspired by Lake Tahoe’s rich history, this cabin-comfortable dining experience is the perfect place for friends to gather for locally-sourced American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dig into a caprese salad or cajun blackened penne with mushrooms.

The Oyster Bar - Located in the heart of the casino, this raw bar also serves up a lively bar scene with local and fresh favorites of the sea with a New Orleans vibe. Salads also on hand.

Fuel - Grab and go at our quick services eatery, with freshly prepped sandwiches, coffee, pastries, smoothies, juice, six-packs of beer and energy drinks to keep you fueled all day and night. Fuel is open 24 hours a day, daily .
